Complaints and protection
We have a complaints procedure, so although we provide a happy, caring and safe environment, sometimes problems occur. In a situation like this the Senior Nurse or Care Assistant on duty will be able to answer your concerns or complaints.
If there is still a problem then the Manager will be able to help and will look into the matter, coming back to you within 48 hours or perhaps a little longer.
If there is no success with this then the Directors will look into the matter or should you wish you may take your complaint to:
