Chiropody
It is nice for our feet to be looked after and kept healthy and it is important for mobility, so on a regular basis a chiropodist comes into Arundel.
Appointments can be made and the cost is payable by the residents.

Dental
Arrangements will be made for the provision of a dentist and if the resident cannot travel the dentist will visit.

Opticians
If an optician is needed, once again this can be arranged within the home.

GPs
Residents may wish to keep their own GP and this is a good idea if the situation allows, otherwise our local GP is available.

Cooperating with other Providers:
We also work alongside outside specialists, other providers and general practitioner’s (GP’s) who will by agreement provide medical treatment. Any information sharing is done in a confidential manner. The RGN in charge will always be identified as the ‘lead’ and will assist in promoting rights and choice and risk management liaising with all outside agencies.
