Our philosophy
Quality Assurance:
We regularly assess and monitor the quality of the services we provide within the regulated activity. We have monthly clinical audits for example medication, infection control, care planning, housekeeping and food provision.
A monthly visit by a senior member of management (formerly regulation 26) is upheld every month along with ongoing surveys for residents, carers, their representatives, visitors and members of the MDT. We also have annual surveys, leaving surveys and 1:1 meetings with residents and family members.
Information is fed back either on a 1:1 basis with the relevant parties, through our news letter or on request. Information relating to these findings can also be found in the reception area. In the near future this information will also be housed on our website.
